3 Common ways a person presents they have a belief that they can't handle!

Depression- an inward expression of a belief I cannot handle
Anxiety- a nervous expression of a belief I cannot handle
Anger- an outward expression of a belief I cannot handle

THE GOAL is to Identify the belief. Once the belief is identified then we will know what to do with the belief

If the belief is true you must make a BEHAVIORAL change to get a feeling change.
If the belief is a lie you must make a COGNITIVE (thinking) change to get a feeling change.
